Terms and Conditions
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Orders shipping to APO’s, and US Territories may experience delays. Other carrier options are available, and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Rare Find Woman to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Rare Find Woman may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
Shipping Policy
Rare Find Woman issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:
- Is canceled by Rare Find Woman
- One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
- Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect
Rare Find Woman will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.
Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card minus the initial shipping charge.
An order may be returned to sender for one of the following reasons:
- An address is invalid or there is missing information,
- The carrier is unable to deliver your package, or
- The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Cancel My Order: We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we are on it!
Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order including, but not limited to:
- Canceling your order or specific items
- Changing payment method
- Changing shipping method
- Changing color/size of items(s)
- Addition or removal of item(s)
- Changing or adding a discount code
- Addition or removal of a gift card
For whatever reason if you would no longer wish to keep your order, you are able to return your order after it has been delivered.
Return Policy
Domestic Shipping: We use USPS for all Domestic Shipping within the United States. Your shipping cost will be determined by the weight of your package.
For in stock items, please allow 3 - 5 days to receive your order. For Back-Order items, please allow 7 to 12 business days to receive your order.
International Shipping outside of the United States will be determined by the shipping cost
For in stock items, please allow 3-7 days to receive your order. For Back Order items, please allow 7 to 18 business days to receive your order.
Tracking Your Package: You will receive an email detailing your shipping time and your tracking information within 2 days after payment. you will be able to track your package from us to your front door.
Safe Delivery: All orders come with signature confirmation. You must be available to signed for your package in order to receive it.

Wrong Address: Please check and ensure that your correct address is listed on your Teekish/Rare Find Woman account. You can navigate there by clicking or hovering over your account and then clicking MY INFO. Once you are on that page, scroll down to ADDRESSES and make sure to make corrections to existing addresses and/or delete old addresses. Rare Find Woman is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. Rare Find Woman cannot commit to changing your address once your order has been processed.
