Teekish.com is an online storefront marketplace where you can sell your All things Fashion, Clothing, Shoes and Accessories. We want to make sure that you and your buyers have a positive experience on Teekish.com. Please read on to find out more about your rights, as well as what is expected of you, as a seller.

 

This policy is a part of our Terms of Use. By opening an Teekish.com shop, you’re agreeing to this policy and our Terms of Use

 

Selling Basics

Keeping in mind these basic requirements will set you up for success on Teekish.com.

 

  1. What can be sold on Teekish.com

Teekish.com is a unique marketplace. Buyers come here to purchase All thing Fashion (Clothing, shoes and Accessories.)

 

  1. What Can't be Sold on Teekish.com

Even if they otherwise meet our marketplace criteria, prohibited items, services, and items that violate our intellectual property policies are not allowed to be sold on

(NO REPLICA ITEMS, NO KNOCKOFF ITEMS} Your account will immediately be deleted, and you will be banned from using the Teekish Platform permanently.

 All listings must offer an item for sale (which includes digitally delivered items and can also include reserved listings). You may not create an Teekish.com listing for the purpose of sharing a referral code, posting a want ad, or similar activity that does not offer a physical or digital item for sale.

Keep in mind that members may flag listings that appear to violate our policies for Teekish.com's review. Teekish.com may remove any listings that violate our policies.. Teekish.com may also suspend or terminate your account for any violations. You’ll still be on the hook to pay any outstanding fees on your Teekish.com statement. You can find more information in our Fees & Payments Policy.

If you are raising money on behalf of a charity, you must obtain that charity’s consent.

 

. Managing your Teekish.com Shop

Your shop represents you and your business to the Teekish.com community. It’s important that you, your items and your shop are honestly and accurately represented.

By selling on Teekish.com, you agree that you will:

  1. Provide honest, accurate information to Teekish.com and in your About section.
  2. Honor your Shop Policies.
  3. Ensure your shop content, such as any text, photos or videos used to represent yourself, your shop or your listings, abide by Teekish.com’s policies, including our Anti-Discrimination Policy.
  4. Accurately represent your items in listings and listing photos.
  5. Respect the intellectual property of others. If you feel someone has violated your intellectual property rights, you can report it to Teekish.com.
  6. Not engage in fee avoidance.
  7. Not create duplicate shops or take any other action (such as manipulating clicks, carts or sales) for the purpose of shilling, manipulating search or circumventing Teekish.com's policies.
  8. Not coordinate pricing with other sellers.
  1. Seller Standards By listing a product for sale on Teekish.com you understand and agree that you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the products you list for sale, including any required labels and warnings. Teekish.com assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, labeling, or content of your listings.

 

 

  1. Selling Fees

Sellers may be charged for using some of Teekish.com’s services. There are fees associated with selling, and certain other Teekish.com products and features.

 

  1. Types of Fees

Sellers may be required to pay the following types of fees. Please note that all fees are listed exclusive of any value-added tax (VAT) or similar taxes that may apply. See the Taxes section below for further details.

There are only 2 type of fees that you pay:

 

  1. Per item fee:

When you make a sale through Teekish.com, you will be charged a transaction fee of only $0.50 of the per item sold.

  1. Credit card Processing Fee.

Teekish uses Paypal to accept credit cards, one of the most secure credit card processing companies in the world. Paypal charges a 2.99%+ ­$0.49 credit card processing fee per transaction.

 

 

When and how Sellers are Paid:

All funds from items sold by the seller on teekish.com minus Teekish.com Transaction fee and Paypal credit card processing fee will be available in the sellers Paypal account immediately.

 

Refund Policy

The seller is responsible for the total refund price including shipping and handling fee and Teekish.com per item Transaction fee.  Teekish.com assumes no cost of refunds.
